He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Badgley; his sons, Ken (Heather), Charles, Andrew (Sonya) and Sam (Holly); his siblings, Michael Badgley (Elaine), Patrick Badgley (Sevy), Thomas Badgley (Betsy), James Badgley (Denise), Della Badgley Zimmerman (Harvey) and Peggy Badgley Kaiser (Robert); and his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Delaney, Olivia, Cameron, Eva, Charlize, Rhys, Oliver and Rowan.
