She was predeceased by : her grandfather Bill Short. She is survived by : her children, Victoria-Leigh Sherrod (Kyle), Emily Blanton, Brett Blanton and Lillian Blanton; her granddaughter Callie Sherrod; her parents, Dale Crosby and Toni Crosby; her siblings, Casey Crosby and J. R. Crosby; her grandmother Dorothy Short; and her close friend Wayne Pope. She is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, cousins.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Maloney Funeral Home (2401 Cattlemen Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232).
