He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Victor Ouellette and Eva Ouellette; his brother James; and his granddaughter Maureen Farley. He is survived by: his daughter Diane Stickney (Peter) of Wesley Chapel, FL; his granddaughter Jacqueline; his son Allen V. Ouellette (Gemma) of Kingston, NH; his grandchildren, Ericka and Riana; his great grandchild Felicia Breedlove (Darian) of Ocala, FL; his wife Lynn; Jayden and Jayce.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Catholic Church (2506 Gulf Gate Dr, Sarasota, FL 34231). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
Memorial contributions may be sent to Manasota Chess Center, 819 Bayport Way, Longboat Key, FL 34228 where a Victor Memorial Chess Fund will be used to support student scholarships and continuing the legacy of learning, mentorship, and love of chess that Vic inspired in so many.
