He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Smith and Vera Smith. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Debora Duarte and Jerry McBrayer (Montana); his sister Deanna Lee Tougas (Randy Rios) of Phoenix, Arizona; his nephew Randy Rios (Deanna Lee Tougas); his grandson Devin Ellis; his great grandchildren, Adeline, Violet Ellis of Carmichael, California and Eric Duarte; and his granddaughter Violet Ellis of Carmichael, California.
