He is survived by: his wife Deloris Perry Phillips; his sons, Gregg Phillips and Christopher Phillips; his stepson Nickoy Newell; his daughter Anita Sellers; his stepdaughters, Jeneva Jackson Brothers (Albert Phillips Sr.) and Herculee Phillips (Harry Phillips); and his sisters, Annie Mae Brooks, Vera Mae Phillips, Nedda Mae Phillips and Elizabeth Mitchell. He is also survived by His Twin) A host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Relatives.
