He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Rhines and Mazelia Rhines; and his grandsons, Hudson and Colton. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; and his children, Darrell Rhines, Cindy Schuerman, Cheryll McGann and Chris Lowe. He is also survived by his ten siblings; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
