She is survived by: her children, Mary Skinner Vega (Pedro), David Lee Blackwelder (Doris) and Charles Edward Blackwelder (Nikki).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home (307 S Palm Ave, Palatka, FL 32177). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
