He was predeceased by: his mother Joan Selley Rehard; and his brother Randy Rehard. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Theresa Etts; his stepparents, Edie Etts and Carl Rehard; and his siblings, Debbie Brooks Shainline (Richard), Terri Howard, Donna Duttenhaver and Mike Duttenhaver (Chrissy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
