She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Iles and Zipporah Iles (Hooper); her husband George Belcher; and her siblings, Leonard Iles, Harold Iles, Charles Wesley Iles, Catherine Townley, Wilma Evans and Keener Iles.

She is survived by : her children, Paul Belcher, Steve Belcher and Sharon Swaby; her grandchildren, Kevin Mullin, Jeremy Mullin and Coral Mullin; her great grandchildren, Dylan Oliver and Milo Oliver; and her sister Doris Gates. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
