He was predeceased by: his brother Gerald Ferguson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Klice; his children, Colby Smith (Lorne) and Taylor Musumeci (Ricky); his grandchildren, Avery, Ronin Musumeci and Emma Smith; his siblings, Jeanne (late Dale), Marie (David), Cheryl (Kyle), Dianne (Jim), Carol (Darren) and Rick; his sisters-in-law, Sherrill, Jean and Suzy; his close friend Tim Steele; Brian, Stephanie Klice, Brian Jr., Kristine Rathbun (Rick) and Oliver (Casey). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many cousins.

Lee suffered a stroke during Covid, making his days challenging.
