In the vast expanse of eternity, Melissa shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Melissa farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her father James David Powell; and her sister Kayla Powell. She is survived by: her mother Mary Powell; her siblings, Theresa Powell and Brandon Powell; and her partner Kayla Stowell. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and a nephew.
