He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Smart and Mary Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lee Smart; his mother-in-law Margaret Wollschlager; his sister-in-law Debra Anne Nevill of Sebastian; his stepson Tony Lee DiRocco (Rachael Gosnell); and his grandchildren, Christian Lee DiRocco and Jillian Nicole DiRocco. He is also survived by cousins; nieces; and nephews.
