He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie D'Amico and Vincent D'Amico; and his son-in-law Michael Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Annnette; and his children, Richard Vincent D'amico Jr., DeeDee Honeycutt (Donald), Christine Douch (Fred) and Julie Kelley.
