He is survived by : his wife Renee Powell; his daughter Bianca Mia Mota; his siblings, Maryalice (William Urrego) of Milford, NJ, Kathleen, Stephen Sanzari of Pahrump, NV and Tamara Hollingsworth (Michael Henry) of Sebastian, FL; his niece Tara Hollingsworth; his nephews, William Jr., Daniel and Jonathan Urrego; and his pet FiFi.
