He was predeceased by: his father Robert McClellan; and his brother Kenneth Baskin. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Baskins; his son Jason W Baskins; his grandson Ian W Baskins; and his siblings, Janice Banks, Wayne Baskins and Marilyn Soto. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
