He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Shaughnessy and Mary Shaughnessy of Belmont, MA; and his siblings, Richard Shaughnessy (Dick) and Maureen Shaughnessy. He is survived by: his children, Brianna Shaughnessy and Joseph Shaughnessy of Dorchester; and his sister Carol Shaughnessy of Tucson, AZ..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brown & Hickey Funeral Home (36 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA 02478).
