He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip West Wheeler and Alice (LaCroix); his wife Carole Wheeler; his children, Mark Wheeler, Dawn Dupuis and Natalie Wheeler; his grandchildren, Giselle Monique and Desiree Dupuis; his great grandchildren, Rose and Zoe Dupuis; and his brother Keith Wheeler.
