She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Bates and Mildred Bates (Orvis); her husband Carl; and her sons, David Vincent of Phoenix, AZ, Clark Vincent of Goodyear, AZ, Brian, Dennis and Robin. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
