She is survived by: her husband Raymond Leon Tubbs of Sebring, Florida; her children, Rhonda Eisenberg (Burt), Robin Ledbetter (Jeff) and Douglas Horton (Stephanie); and her brother Bill Luke. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
