He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Lowe Sr. and Violet Lowe (Bowland); his significant other Rebecca Sue Lowe of Sebring, FL; his children, Andrew Lowe of Fort Pierce, FL, James Lowe of Sebring, FL, Thomas Lowe (Rachael) and Mary Hussell (Christopher) of Cocoa, FL; his grandchildren, Nicholas Lowe, Timothy Lowe, Drew Lowe, Stephanie Ashley Lynch, Kristin Michelle Whissel and Michael William Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Alexander Lynch and Evee Whissel.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home (4001 Sebring Pkwy, Sebring, FL 33870).
