It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carole J. Dumbleton of Sebring, Florida, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carole J. Dumbleton to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Backhaus and Blanche Backhaus; her husband Albert Dumbleton; her sons, Alan, Brian and Craig "Buzz" Dumbleton; and her sisters, Avis and Lila.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Dumbleton Freeze (Skip) and Kathi Calton Borecky; her grandsons, Justin Dumbleton (Amanda), Adam Dumbleton (Julie), Jeffery Dumbleton (Paige), Nicklas Freeze, Jonathan Freeze, Carlton Borecky (Allie) and Chadd Borecky; her stepgranddaughter Brittany Freeze; her great grandchildren, Dalila, Aubrey, Miley, Madison, Miranda, Brynlee, Leroy, Grant and Benjamin; and her brother Dale Backhaus (Joann). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice in Sebring.
