She was predeceased by: her husband Carl W. Spurlock; her son Jeff; her sister Linda Singer Duvall (Jessie); and her sisters-in-law, Edith Cochran and Evelyn Singer.
She is survived by: her children, James 'Rusty" Spurlock (Lindsey) of Canton, GA, Jonathan Spurlock (Linda) of Venus, FL and Charlene Nelson (Robert) of Winter Haven, FL; her brothers, Bob Cochran (Jackie), Ronald Cochran, Harry Singer and Cecil Singer (Myra); and her grandchildren, Bailey, Dylan, Ciara, Kylie, Tanner and Bradyn. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
