He is survived by: his wife Julia "Pat" Miller; his children, Christopher Miller, Jr. (Moriah), Joshua Miller (Anslee) and Summer Miller; his daughter-in-law Kelly Purvis; his siblings, Roger Miller, Jr., Karen Berry (Joe) and Dr. Valerie Johnson (Dean); and his grandchildren, Marlin Miller, Maci Purvis, Cali Purvis and Jett Purvis.
