He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Denise Lorraine Cogswell Welch (Michael); his grandsons, James Kelsey Cogswell (Chelsea) and William Scott Welch; his sister Sandra Holmes-Bowman; and his pet Abby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his special companion.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sebring Seventh-Day Adventist Church (2106 FL-17, Sebring, FL 33870).
