She is survived by: her sons, Tim Blackwell (Tammy) and Tom Blackwell (Crystal); her grandchildren, Jake Blackwell (Jessica), Bobby Blackwell, Brooke Blackwell, Claire Blackwell and Sophie Blackwell; and her great grandchild Peach Blackwell.

She worked to support American Heart, American Parkinson Disease Association and sat on the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
