He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Vowels and Mable Vowels; and his son Todd Vowels (Susan) of Sarasota. He is survived by: his wife Mary Laurita "Rita" Vowels; his children, Lauri Vowels Kinslow (Clay) of Sebring, FL and Tim Vowels (Pam) of Arcadia, FL; his brothers, Jimmy Vowels (Agnes) of Louisville, KY, Don Vowels of Louisville, KY and Bill Vowels (Debbie) of Valrico, FL; his grandchildren, Brandon Vowels (Allison), Anslee Miller (Josh), Wyatt Kinslow (Madison), Savannah Vowels and Tanner Vowels; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Dillon, Austyn Kinslow and Rhett Kinslow; and his pets, Squeek and Boots.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Catherine School of Sebring, a place close to Edd's heart.
