With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elizabeth S. Poirier of Sebring, Florida, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Elizabeth left this world on September 21, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Poirier; and her parents, Earl Sr. Field and Emma Field. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Foy of York, Maine, Barbara Poirier of Sebring, Florida and Joyce Poirier of Sebring, Florida.; her grandchildren, Michele Foy of Concord and Julie Cota (Bill) of Orlando; her great grandchildren, Evan and Aidan Cota; and her nieces, Nancy Frederick and Cathy Field of Maine.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine Catholic Church (820 Hickory St, Sebring, FL 33870).
