With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Margaret Finnegan of Sebring, Florida, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on February 26, 2026 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Emily Koestner and Joseph Koestner. She is survived by: her husband Dave Finnegan; her children, Christopher Finnegan, Kerry Baldwin (Jeff) and Kate Glynn (Chris); and her grandchildren, Katelyn, Christopher Glynn, Trey and Piper Baldwin.
Gail became a Certified Nurses Aid and cared for Alzheimer patients for many years and in 2002 she won the Caregiver of the Year Award for her compassion and dedication to her patients.
