She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll Morey and Mary Evelyn Payne (Kelsey); her siblings, Morey Payne, Jimmy Payne, Kelsey Payne and Judy Payne; and her brother-in-law James M. Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen K. Williams, Douglas Beavers (Patricia), Rosemary Barker (Patrick), Daniel Williams (Lisa), Gwendolyn Connor and Bonnie Beavers. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (200 E Center Ave, Sebring, FL 33870).
