Rugenstein of Sebring, Florida, born in Utica, Michigan, who passed away on May 27, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Rugenstein and Martha Rugenstein; his aunt Matilda; and his uncle Burtwell Rugenstein. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Hawkins; his children, Becky Hansbarger (William), Jodi Rugenstein and Ricky Rugenstein; his cousin Bob Rugenstein (Jana); and his grandchildren, Tasha Hansbarger, William Hansbarger, Jr., Brody Rugenstein, Desaray Hansbarger and Brandon Rugenstein.
