He is survived by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Avirett (Hadden); his stepfather Eddie Bateman; and his siblings, Joe Avirett (Sandra) of Lake Wales, FL, Tianja Ortkiese-Comer (Brian) of Daytona, FL, Stacy Quinn (Patrick) of Avon Park, FL, Michael Avirett (Kathy) of Sebring, FL, Shawn Avirett (Rocio Bailey) of Sebring, FL and Jennifer Bateman (Michael Snapko) of Polk City, FL. He is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
