Kay leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Kay’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Kay will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony; and her daughter Mary Machelle. She is survived by: her children, Collette Filice and Joseph Filice (Ashley) of Orlando; and her grandchildren, Anthony and Mia of Orlando. She is also survived by siblings, nieces and nephews, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, close friends.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Leadley Funeral Home (325 W Washtenaw St, Lansing, MI 48933). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Cathedral (219 Seymour Ave, Lansing, MI 48933).
