Kneubuhl (David) of Sebring, Florida and Terri L. Miller of Sebring; and his sisters, Gloria Patrick (Ron) of Grant, Ilene Weider of Littleton, Colorado and Kathy Cook (Dave) of Lamar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
