She was predeceased by: her parents, James Matthingly and Mary Matthingly (Ramsey); her sister Marlene Pearl; and her granddaughter Aubry Cowles. She is survived by: her children, Sonya Cowles (Stephen Haynes) of Zephyrhills, FL, Amanda Mixson-Patsburg of Dade City, FL, Herbert Adkins of Sebring, FL and Malinda Chappell of Lake Placid; and her siblings, Sandra Lanum of Cardington, OH, Alice Punkansky of Mt. Gilead, OH, Jim Mattingly, Jr. of Naples, FL and Tom Mattingly of Cardington, OH. She is also survived by eight Grandchildren and nine Great-Grandchildren.
