He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Pfeiffer and Ethel Pfeiffer; his wife Evelyn Pfeiffer; his sisters, Carrol Wright and Janell Allen; and his stepdaughter Cathie Armstrong.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Elizabeth Mitchell; his children, Larry Pfeiffer (Jan) of Illinois and Patricia Chrisman (Bill) of Iowa; his stepchildren, Lori Dwyer (Bill) of Florida, David Mitchell (Susan), Janice Comtois (Doug), Dale Klemarczyk (Paul), Barbara Zimmerman (Roger) of Illinois and Robin Shawgo (Vickie) of Florida; and his sisters, Ardith Wakefield and Vickie Weyand. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to New Life Lutheran Church or a charity of choice in Bud's memory, celebrating his life of generosity, laughter, and love.
