With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margie T. May of Sebring, Florida, born in Vaucluse, South Carolina, who passed away on March 14, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnett N. Tanton and Alyne J. Tanton (Freeman); her fiancé Danny Jester; and her siblings, William T. Tanton, Garnette Tanton Jr. (Sandy), Betty Ann Tanton and Patricia Ann Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Glenwood Ziegler (Melissa) of Gibson, GA, Tonya Gearin (Daniel) of Lake Placid, FL and Kenneth Ziegler; her sister Pam Tanton of Lake Placid, FL.; her grandchildren, Ashley Newsome (Jason) and Michael Ziegler; her great grandchild Gage Newsome; and her grandchildren, Angelica Gearin, Alex Gearin, Chance Gearin, Sierra Flint, Mykenzie Gearin and Zackary Gearin.
