He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Ray and Anice Wilcox (Cross); and his grandson Phillip Ray Wilcox. He is survived by: his wife Janette; his son Sylvan Ray Wilcox; his daughter-in-law Denise of Sebring, Florida; and his sisters, Juanita Weber of Sebring and Gloria Simmons of Urbana, Missouri.. He is also survived by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
