He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Blanchard and Bertha Blanchard (Townsend); his former wife Elizabeth Blanchard (Obey); and his son Scott Edward Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve; his daughters, Paula Esposito (Robert) and Karen Symonette (Scott); and his daughter-in-law Leilani Blanchard Brochard. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home (4001 Sebring Pkwy, Sebring, FL 33870). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rita's Catholic Church (13645 Paddock Dr, Wellington, FL 33414). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Cemetery (10941 Southern Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice or to Paul's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
