He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Otto and Freda Otto. He is survived by: his wife Lois Otto; his sons, Kendall (Julie), Donald Otto (Michele) of Ocala, FL, Norman Otto (Mary) of Summerfield, FL and Brother Daniel Otto (Susan) of Westminster, SC; and his sister Leora Nelson of Cambridge, MN. He is also survived by Six grandchildren and 1 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maranatha Baptist Church (35 Maranatha Blvd, Sebring, FL 33870). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Sarasota National Cemetery (9810 State Rd 72, Sarasota, FL 34241).
