He is survived by : his wife Sheila Tubbs of Sebring, FL; his children, Taylor Tubbs O'Hara (Ryan) of Jupiter, FL and Benjamin Lyle Tubbs of Sebring, FL; his father Raymond Leon Tubbs (Amy) of Sebring, FL; and his siblings, Linda Tubbs George (Ray) of Sebring, FL and Mike Tubbs (Lydia) of Palatka, FL..

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Sebring Parkway Church of Christ (3800 Sebring Pkwy, Sebring, FL 33870).
