Chamberlain; and his children, Angela Dawn Reddy (Pradeep), Christina L. Dean, Brandi H. Chamberlain, Cody T. Chamberlain and Ashley Chamberlain. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is suggesting to honor Tom with a gift to Highlands Community Church children's program in Sebring.
