He is survived by: his wife Debra McClelland; his children, Shannon McColl (Rebecca), Rod McClelland (Heather), William C McClelland II and Paul McClelland; and his brothers, Donald McClelland (Marty), Ray McClelland (Julia), Dennis McClelland and Doug McClelland (Julie). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
