He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Roberts and Bersie Roberts (Dickens); his brother Bobby Jo Roberts (Shirley); and his nephew Steve Sherman. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sister Betty Ann Connor (Millard) of Churchville, Maryland; his niece Donna Berryman; and his nephews, Philip, Mark and David.
