He was predeceased by: his sister Brenda Spack. He is survived by: his parents, Edward Spack and Lauretta Spack (Brown) of Madison; his wife Angela Dickerman Spack of Sebring; and his children, Emily S (Sebring) and Hunter Spack of Burlington. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, In-Laws, Nephews, Nieces and life long friends.
