Though Betty Vera may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Eugene Smith, Sr.; and her children, Michael Smith, Susan Hopper Rudd, Paul Smith, Jr. and Kenneth Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Lynn (Jack), Kathy White, Johnny Smith (Rhonda), Cindy Smith and Wayne Smith (Janet). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren, and 24 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blount & Curry Funeral Home (4207 E Lake Ave, Tampa, FL 33610). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Memories Cemetery.
