He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Jane Dugger Bessant and Leonard Stephen Bessant. He is survived by: his wife Mary Pacheco; his pets, Emily and Virgil; his brother Leslie; his siblings-in-law, Ruth, John Pacheco and Tammy; and his nephew John Michael.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Et Sunset Funeral Home (11005 US-301, Thonotosassa, FL 33592). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 6:10 PM at the same location.
