He is survived by: his daughter Kayden; his significant other Dominic; his parents, Ken (Monique) and Angie (Vic); his siblings, Jessica, Joshua and Hannah; his aunts, Karen, Lisa, Robin and Nichole; his grandmothers, Ellie, Doreen, Pam and Linda; his stepmother Carol; and his nephews, Jaxson and Walker. He is also survived by cousins; friends and past co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to local non-profits, particularly those dealing with addiction and recovery or to his church, Seminole Assembly of God.
