He was predeceased by : his wife Kathleen Hall of Port Huron, MI; his brother Wendell; and his parents, Wendell Lewis and Marjorie Lewis. He is survived by : his daughter Dawn Lewis of Scarborough, ME; and his brother Kenny Lewis (Sharon) of Holden, ME..
