He is survived by: his father Charles Lucas; his wife Candace Lucas; his siblings, Leslie Burdick, Marshall Lucas, Doug Lucas, Bob Lucas and Debbie Duffy; his nieces, Natalie Burdick and Demi Hetterich; his sweet kitty girl Jack; and his stepfather Jim Hampton.
