He was predeceased by: his parents, Haven G. Stevens and Anna Mae Stevens; and his sisters, Margaret Kepto and Phyllis Sulesky. He is survived by: his wife Louise; his daughters, Jean C. Nylin of Seminole, FL, Linda K. Boyce (Cliff) of St. Petersburg, FL and Donna S. McCurry (Todd) of Greensboro, NC; his grandchildren, Jessica Nylin Monk, Sara Nylin, Clifford Boyce, Ashley McCurry Baer, Emily Boyce Stewart and Hannah McCurry; and his great grandchildren, Rebecca Harmon, Abigail Monk, Samantha Rebolledo and Joshua Monk.
